6 tbs (3/4) stick butter
3 1/4 cup semi sweet choc chips
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbs instant coffee powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp cream
Method:
* Melt butter and the choc chips over simmering water. cool completely.
* Beat eggs, sugar, coffeeand vanilla until light and fluffy, stir in cold choc mix.
* Combine flour, salt, baking powder and 1 cup remaining choc (you can also just add 1/2 of the cup), and walnuts. Fold into mixture. Pour into pan.
* Bake 35- 40 min in pre-heated oven 350 degree F.
* Cool before removing from pan.
* Melt the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate with the cream and drizzle on top.

for the brownies lovers. i have an advise that i would like to share, that some of you may like to try. after you mix the batter spread half of it then you can add any of your choice of the pie fillings i usually prefer the black berry or raspberry then spread the other half of the brownies of the batter over the filling. and bake ;)
