Shrimp Linguini

Subject: Shrimps Linguine (indian inspired)


Linguine  (I used one big pack) enough for 4 people

Shrimps ( peeled, medium size or king prawns)

1 shredded carrot

1/2 shredded cup parmesan cheese

2 tbsps lemon juice

One finely chopped onion

5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

Spices ( 1tbsp ginger, 1/2tbsp curry, 1/4 tbsp turmeric, 1teaspoon fish and seafood spice, a pinch of black pepper, and salt to taste)

2 cups of cream and 1 cup of thick cream

Method, add olive oil, stir in all the spices, then after well mixed add your shrimps, onion and garlic, keep on stirring it on high heat for 4-6 mins, then reduce the heat once the juice of the shrimps is out.. Boil pasta meanwhile, when ur ready to serve the shrimps, add the cream to the shrimps, and parmesan, carrots, and squeeze of lemon, let it boil for 2 mins, then mix it together with the linguine, and add a pinch of peppereccino if u want it a bit spicy!
