Sushi by Heba

This is easier than it sounds or looks...

Ingredients:
Sushi rice
rice vinegar (white transperant)
Nori sheets (the black ones)
bamboo mat
soya sauce (preferably japanese)
wasabi paste
your favorite filling (mine is salmon & avocado)

Method:
* Half cook the rice. Put it in a bowl. add a little rice vinegar, and fluff it ...Do NOT mash it. If its moisty, try fanning it.
* Spread the bamboo mat. Put 1 Nori sheet on top. Spread a thin layer of rice on top and leave 1 inch on 1 side. (wet your hands with water to make it easy to handle the rice)
* Add your favorite filling in a line on the area opposite to the inch you left.
* Roll it using the matt starting from the filling side. Press while rolling to make it tight.
* Cut up using a moist sharp knife. The thicker the slice the easier it is.

Eat with soya and enjoy :)
