1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp plum sauce
40 g cooked chicken, shredded
25 g, peeled cucumber, cut into matchsticks
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1 tortilla
small handful of shredded iceberg lettuce
* Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and plum sauce. Stir in the chicken and cucumber. Sprinkle over sesame seeds.
* Place the filling at one end of the tortilla, add the lettuce and roll up!
