Heat some oil on a pan, add a full tea spoon ground garlic, heat for 2 min then add a small bottle of tomato paste.
Spice it up with salt, pepper, dry coriander, cumin, hurd and mil7 limon.
Add boiled water & leave to cook for 15 min.

Dissolve 3 table spoons of flour in half cup of water then add to soup while whisking.
Chop some fresh coriander and add 2 min before serving.
Drain and serve hot.

* U can garnish with coriander and serve dry Arabic bread on the side.

  1. Seems extremely easy to make, will try soon but i think i'll add some vermicelli and lentils or chick peas
