Banana Loaf


Use this baking tray



Ingredients.

3 or 4 ripe bananas - smash them
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 teaspon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup of flour

( you can add walnuts, or shredded almonds and also 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon)

mix butter into the smashed banana. mix in the sugar, egg, and vanilla. sprinkle the baking soda and salt and mix. add flour last, mix everything. and bake for about 1 hour in a 150 degree oven.
