Lamb


a fresh lamb shoulder (kitf) washed and cleaned.

Oyster sauce

Soya sauce

Steak sauce

Whistshire sauce (Arabic coffee size)

1 small can of 7up (the party size)

black pepper

1 whole garlic

Stab the meat in different places.

Mix all the ingredients together and rub the meat well with it.

Stuff the garlic heads into the slots u opened n z meat.

Poor the rest of the mix on top of the meat and garnish with any veggies u have available.

Cover with foil and leave it at least for 6 hours. (the longer the better)

Put it in 375 degree oven for at least 2 1/2 hours with taking from its liquid and pouring on top of the meat every half an hour.
