Chicken Pie

3 chicken breasts cut into medium cubes.

2 big garlic cloves

1 Maggi cube

1 small whipped cream

Spices (salt, pepper, all spices mix, oregano, basil, dry coriander)

1 puff pastry dough for pies (the big rectangle ones)

On a tefal pan heat 2 or 3 spoons of oil add the chicken and garlic together mix tell chicken whitened then add all the spices when chicken is completely cooked add the whipped cream and Maggi mix.

Continue until boil and thick.

Spread the mix in the middle of the dough. Cut both sides into equal stripes, fold z top side then fold a strip from each side repetitively forming a braid. Fold the bottom up & cut the extra dough. Brush egg on the surface.

Bake for 15min.

Then broil until golden.

Optional:

U can add mushroom, green sweet pepper and/or corn

  1. this recipe was from one of the very first my friend Nihal told me....it's a favorite in our home and so delicious...
    i personally love to add spinach and mushrooms in this dish :)
