Ingredients
12 pieces of shrimp
1 piece of kholinjan
1 table spoon of Curry powder
Olive oil
2 table spoon of ground Garlic
Sesame oil
Any kind of vegetables, carrots,green pepper
Put the olive oil. then the garlic until its yellow.
Add the shrimp, stir until tender.
Add all the spices and little salt.
Add the vegetables and stir.
Finally add the sesame oil. Then add a little water. Don't leave it boil too much.
Serve hot with a bowl of steamed white rice on the side.
