Fried Salad


Potatoes, chopped into tiny French fries

Carrots, cut same as fries or could be grated

Cauliflower, cut into small flowers

Bunch of parsley, Chopped

Lemon juice, 2 crushed garlic cloves

Fry potatoes 1st then the cauliflower then the carrots (for it will change oil color)

Add the lemon juice and the garlic to the parsley, with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add sauce to mixed fried veggies right before serving.
