Rice with Shrimps

Shrimps cleaned, washed and cut in halves.

2 big bell peppers (I used red and yellow)

1 meduim onion, diced.

2 crushed garlic cloves.

Minced parsley

Rice

Have the rice half boiled with some cardamoms.

At the same time, fry the onion n oil, when golden add garlic and spices(I added ground black pepper, ground cumin, cinnamon sticks and some lemon salt)

Add the bell peppers, parsley then the shrimps.

Leave to cook for 5 minutes.

When rice is half boiled, add to the mix, leave to cook.
