Rice with minced meat and green peas

Minced meat

2 onions finely chopped

4 cloves garlic

Peas ( petite pois) bazella

Spices ( 7 spices, 1 tbsp cinnamon, black pepper, salt, a pinch of ginger, kurkum)

Magi cube melted in a glass of hot boiling water

In a big casserole, add oil and butter onion garlic and minced meat (make sure u break the minced meat to tiny pieces, don't leave it bulky) add some of the cinnamon, 7 spices, pepper and kurkum, salt . Mix and taste it until your satisfied with the taste

Then get your rice ready (I use uncle beans for this) add it and mix it with the rice) if u have cinnamon stick it would taste great, add the glass of the magi water, and add more water depending on the rice your using.

While the rice is cooking, lightly fry some pine nuts, raisins, and shredded almonds,

When the rice is almost ready, add the peas.

Serve it topped with the almond, raisins, and pine nuts.

I emphasize on A LOT OF CINNAMON
