
1/4 block of solid mozzarella
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
salt - pepper
1 tbsp of finely grated /powdered parmesan
Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parmesan well.
Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parmesan well.
Dip mozzerella sticks in egg, then the breadcrumbs mix.
Repeat one more time. (double dipping makes em extra crispy).
Fry in shallow vegetable oil until browned and pat dry with absorbing tissue.
Serve with nacho dip.
