
Ingredients:
1 butter stick
Olive oil
Minced Garlic
2 cups of heavy Cream
Juice of 1 lemon (small 1z)
Salt- Pepper- Nutmeg
2 cups of grated Parmesan
Keep pasta ready on the side.
Alfredo sauce:
In a large pan on medium heat add Olive Oil and garlic.
When it starts sizzling add butter until melted (its better to cut butter into cubes so it'll melt faster).
Add Cream.
When it starts bubbling add salt,black pepper, nutmeg and lemon juice.
As it starts to thicken add Parmesan Cheese and lower heat 1 min then add the Pasta .

Remove from heat.
Add parsely.
* U can add chicken/ mashroom or shrimp in this dish
