
Marinade the fish for at least 30 min in lemon juice +cumin +coriander (kozbara) +garlic +
Boil the potatoes and cut round and arrange in serving dish.
Fry the fish in oil until cooked and golden.
Arrange the fried fish in the serving dish and sprinkle the whole dish with fresh parsley and squeeze some lemon on it.
Voila!
