2 Avocados
1/2 onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
3 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs fresh kuzbara (cilantro)
1 tsp cumin
Hot pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cut the avocado in the middle. Remove the seed. Spoon out all the fruit in a bowl. You can either smash it manually (chunkier dip) or use an electric hand mixer (smooth dip). Then mix in all the other ingredients.
This would be great to dip with nachos, chips or even thinly toasted shami bread! Also goes great with veggie fingers!
