Grilled haloumi cheese.

Cut the haloumi into thin pieces, and soak them in hot water for 20 minutes, get a frying pain, add 5 tbsps olive oil and grill the haloumi until darkened and crispy.

Cigars.

Get the indian sambosak pastry, 6 kiri cheese, 1/2 cup shredded mozarella cheese, and fresh dill. Mix the 2 cheeses together and the dill. Put the dill in the pastry and try to role it into a cigar like shape

When u r ready to close the pastry. Add a bit of flour and water mixed together to close the pastry and avoid it to open during frying, I fried it in a little bit olive oil.

Add on the plate some good quality of sundried tomatoes-

Aubergines. Cut them into cubes. On low heat add 4-5 tbsps of olive oil, and 4 cloves of softened garlic, stir in the egg plant until its almost cooked, add in 1/2 tbsp of pomegrante syrup (on one egg plant) a squeeze of lemon, 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1/4 tbsps nutmeg, salt, and a pinch of freshly grated black pepper.

Stir everything in, until the egg plant is very well cooked.

Arrange the eggplants, cigars, halloumi, and sun dried tomatoes in a plate and serve it along with a fresh french baguette.
