
1 bag of colored penne pasta
1/2 a kilo shrimps
2 medium colored bell pepper
3 crushed garlic cloves
A chopped bunch of parsley
Fresh tomato juice
Parmisan cheese
With a little olive oil in the pan, fry the garlic, then add the pepper then the shrimps.
When it absorbs its own water add the coriander, then the tomato juice with some parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and some crushed dried origano.
Boil the pasta, add it to the sauce, let cook for only 5 mins then serve with a lot of cheese on the top!
