Ing:
1 pack alsunbula kunafa
2 1/2 medium butter blocks
2 altaj cream
3 biladi cream
1 block mozzarella cheese
1 Tspn rose water (ma2 zahar)
1. Ground konafa in food processor. Add butter.
2. Apply a thin layer of konafa in tray.
3. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl then add on konafa. 4, Cover with another layer of konafa then spread the rose water.
5. In oven(350) 30 mins, then broil till golden.
6. Add sheera and cut while hot.
