French Toast Rozana style

Ingredients:

1. Elle&Vivre full fat cream (in a saucer) optional with serving at end
And
Also in another saucer, Organic Maple syrup or pancake syrup

2. Egg mix:
I don't use measurements but I estimate
E.g. 2 eggs, half cup full fat milk, half teaspoon vanilla, sprinkle of cinnamon, mix all well
6 toast pieces
150 grams lurpack butter for cooking

3. Fruit mix:
Strawberries cut into small pieces and full raspberries mixed with a tablespoon of honey but try not to mush them

Directions:
Use lurpak butter on a big pan , when melted, dip one toast in the mixed batter from both sides but only dipping them (moo ta3' 6ees!) then putting them on the pan
When the color becomes golden brown and the texture is crispy, flip toast on the other side and do the same then do that for every toast

Should be served fresh and hot with syrup
If desired add the cream and berry mix.
